If the purchased brand kit does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.
Email [email protected] with your order ID (shown on your receipt and on the success page). Refunds are issued via Creem to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are not available after we can no longer verify your purchase, or for abuse of the guarantee (for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
